My doctor is good she do care about her patients. But when she prescribed me a high blood pressure pill that was 25 Milligrams. On top of a 10 Milligrams. That kinda made me back away from seeing her. That is to much of a high dose for blood pressure pills. And I told her about my legs were swollen she just looked at it and kept on writing. I have been through this before with another nurse practitioners you have to pay attention to the side effects and the milligrams. It's all about the money not the healing of the patience.

I was about to leave a similar review to everyone else's, but now I have to ask McLaren directly: After years of the same complaints from so many people, why don't you actually do something to address the issues instead of repeatedly telling people to email you?

The Provider was great, the MA and front desk people were also extremely kind and willing to help. Unfortunately, the office manager is absolutely horrific, and the one star is completely due to her.

This is in no way a reflection of my doctor, he seems kind, however the receptionist and administration are by far the worst I've ever seen from any healthcare facility, period. They are cold, uncaring, irresponsible, they tell you they are going to do something and then simply don't do it. I tried so hard to be polite to them but they simply do not listen, they have a demeanor that makes you feel uncomfortable and like you are a burden. I have been in agonizing pain unable to do anything, and I have not heard a lick of compassion from them when telling them I need to see a referral, they simply don't care about you and do things on their own time, until their current receptionists are fired I would not recommend this healthcare facility, I shouldnt have to suffer in pain as a young person because my doctors office refused to put in just a few moments to call my specialist. I can't stress enough that I have never met a receptionist with such a rude and uncaring tone, I could tell them I'm suffering and not trying to bother them and they still act like "how dare this person call me" this is clearly an ongoing issue as you can see from the other reviews and I am dumbfounded as to how

I NEVER get anyone to answer the phone. This is truly concerning in the event of an urgent matter. I believe her name is Phyllis, she's always rude. I called and received a call back from her TWO days later. By that time, I drove all the way there for an appointment. I cringe when she's on the line. This is very disappointing. I'm trying to find a new provider although Dr. Vergos and Soledad, PA, are very nice providers, these things matter and are pushing people away!
